EL DIA DE LOS MUERTOS

On El Dia de Los Muertos we watched a video on the history of it. We made calacas and sugar skulls. I learned that the day of the dead is very improtant in Mexico.They celebrate the dead on the first and second of november hopeing that they will return to the land of the living. On November the first they celebrate the children. On November the second they celebrate the older people. They put up altars with the picture of the deceased. With all four of the element wich are water, fire, earth, and air. I think the video was pretty cool because it helped me learn stuff that i didnt know. What I really liked about the video is that the people show that they still love thier deceased. They celebrate them so they want be for gotten.

Nicaragua

We learned that some students in nicaragua have to walk thirty minutes to an hour to go to school. Some have to take thier on chairs to school because thiers not enough for all of them. some of them cant attend to school because  thier parents have them work or just they dont have notebooks, they just cant afford it.And thier schools are made out of bricks and tin.

Why study spanish?

You should study spanish to learn the spanish language and it will help you communicate with people when u go to mexico or latin america. I am personally studying spanish class to improve my spanish. I think any person should study spanish because they will be learning another language. The benifits of studying spanish is that you will be learning about anther language and you'll be able to talk to other spanish speakin people.
